<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF RUDOLPH KAY
<br />I, Rudolph Kay, of Grand Island, Nebraska, being in sound mind,memory and understanding, corn
<br />sidering the certainty of death do therefore make,and publish this my Last Will and Testament,;
<br />hereby revoking and annulling all Wills by me heretofore made,in manner and form following,
<br />that it to say:
<br />FIRST
<br />I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid by my Executrix hereinafter
<br />named as soon after my decease as shall be convenient.
<br />SECOND
<br />I, give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of-my estate, after the pay -;
<br />ment of all my just debts and funeral expenses, including all my personal and real property,
<br />and wheresoever situate, and whether now held by me or hereafter aequired,to my beloved wife,i
<br />Alvina Kay, to have and to hold the same forever, knowing that she will make proper provision';
<br />for my children.

<br />jointly by my brother Charles Kay and myself, that she give the first option to purchase said1

<br />not required to furnish surety on her official bond as such, hereby granting unto said Executix
<br />full power and authority to sell and convey real estate without license or authority for that;
