11A IN <br />FINAL DECREE <br />AM 6 EA-11 VIDWIT7 <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the estate ) <br />of ) FINAL DECREE <br />11Carson J.Patterson, deceased. ) <br />j,Now, on this 6th day of December, 1932, this cause came on for hearing, upon the finalzeport <br />of Mabel D.Patterson, Administratrix of the estate of Carson J.Patterson, deceased, and upon <br />11her application for settlement of said estate and her discharge, the Court, having examined the <br />report and the records and files and being duly advised in the premises, finds that due and <br />li <br />"legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fix( <br />,for hearing upon said final :_report, as heretofore ordered by the Court, and no one appearing tc <br />object to said final report, the Court examined the same, together with the vouchers on file <br />i <br />land the testimony in support thereof) and being duly advised in the premises, finds that said <br />report is true and correct and ought to be allowed as the final report of said Administratrix. <br />The Court further finds that said Carson J.Patterson departed this life on the 18th day of <br />September, 1931, and at the time of his death was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Ne- <br />braska. The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the <br />i <br />!time and place fixed for filing claims; that all claims filed have been paid. <br />i <br />The Court further finds that said Carson J.Patterson died seized of an undivided one -half in- <br />terest in and to the following described premises; to -wit: Lot 5 in Block 37 in Russel Wheeler' <br />Addition to the city of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat <br />thereof, and an undivided one -sixth interest in and to the following described premises: Lot 6 <br />in Block 2, Original Plat of the town, now village, of Hettick, in Macoupin County, state of <br />Illinois. <br />The Court further finds that said Carson J.Patterson left surviving him, as his sole and only <br />heirs at law, the following nemed persons, to -wit: Mabel D.Patterson, widow, Wayne Warren Pat- <br />terson, a son, and Dorotliy Wanda Patterson, a daughter, and that said named persons are the <br />sole and only surviving heirs at law of said Carson J.Patterson, deceased. <br />The Court further finds that there was no inheritance tax to be paid; that all of the personal <br />property and effects provided for by order of Court have been turned over to the widow, and <br />that no further personal property remains in her hands for distribution., <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Mabel D. <br />Patterson, administratrix of the estate of Carson J.Patterson, deceased, be, and the same is <br />hereby, approved and allowed as and for her final report,-'and said estate is hereby settled an� <br />closed and said Administratrix discharged and her bond as such is hereby released. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that any claims against said estate, <br />not filed herein, are hereby forever barred and excluded. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate described as <br />follows; to -wit: An undivided one -half interest in and to Lot 5, in Block 37, in Russel Wheele3 <br />Addition to the city of Grand Island,in Hall County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat j <br />thereof, passed and descended, under and by virtue of the laws of descent of the state of Ne- <br />braska, as follows: <br />To Mabel D.Patterson, widow, an undivided one -third interest, <br />To Wayne Warren Patterson, son, an undivided one -third interest, and <br />To Dorothy Wanda Patterson, daughter, an undivided one -third interest, <br />each subject to the homestead right of the widow, Mabel D.Patterson, <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate described as <br />follows: A one -sixth interest in and to Lot Six (6) in Block Two (2), Original Plat of the tow <br />now, village, of Hettick, in Macoupin County, state of Illinois,passed and descended under and <br />Is <br />
