That on the 29th day of June, <br />1932, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allo <br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Peter Schultz,deceased, <br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this <br />28th day of June 1932• <br />(SEAL) <br />Paul N.Kirk <br />County Judge <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />In the Matter Of the Estate ) <br />of FINAL DECREE. <br />Peter Schultz, Deceased. <br />Now on this 22nd day of November, 1932, this cause oame on for hearing upon the final report o <br />Peter Schultz, Executor of the Estate of Peter Schultz, deceased, and upon the petition of sai <br />Executor for the allowances and approval of said report, the settlement of said estate, and <br />discharge herein, and the Court having examined the records and files herein, and being fully <br />advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the <br />time and place fixed by the Court for the hearing upon said final report, and there being no <br />objections to said report, and the Court having examined the same, together with the vouchers <br />on file, finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that the same ought to <br />be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Executor, said estate settled and <br />closed and said Executor_ discharged. <br />The Court further finds that the said Peter Schultz departed this life on the 25th day of May, <br />1932, and at the time of his death he was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and left a last will and testament which was, by the consideration of this Court, duly proven, <br />allowed and admitted to probate on the 28th day of June, 1932; that Peter Schultz, a son of th <br />deceased, was named as Executor in his said last Will and Testament and letters of administration <br />were duly issued by this Court to the said Peter Schultz, of the estate of Peter Schultz, de- <br />ceased. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time <br />�i and place fixed by the Court for filing claims against the estate of said deceased, and that <br />11the time and place so fixed has fully expired, and that all persons having claims against said <br />liestate, and not filed within the time limited by the Court, are forever barred and excludedfro: <br />setting up or asserting any such claim against said estate. <br />The Court further finds that the said Executor has paid the funeral expenses of said estate, <br />all debts against said estate, and the costs of this proceeding, that all legacies provided f <br />in said last Will and Testament have been paid and said legatees have executed a release of <br />their respective liens in and to certain real estate by reason of such legacies* and that the <br />Executor has made due distribution of the residue of the peesonal estate of said deceased to <br />tthe residuary legatees under the Will of said deceased, and nothing further remains in the <br />hands of said Executor belonging to said estate. <br />The Court further finds that the estate of said deceased is not subject to an inheritance tax <br />under the laws of the State of Nebraska, nor to a federal estate tax under the laws of the <br />United States. <br />The Court further finds that the said Peter Schultz died seized as the owner, by fee simple <br />;title, of the following described real estate, to -wit: <br />The East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E SW�) of Section Thirty - three (33), Township Twelve <br />(12),North Range Eleven (11),West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />
