<br />Anna Fischer, executrix under the Last Will and Testament of Bernhard H.Fischer, deceased, and
<br />i
<br />ithe court after the taking of testimony and hearing the argument of counsel and being fully
<br />,advised in the premises, finds as follows:
<br />The court finds that all the expenses of administration, funeral expenses, expenses of last
<br />;illness and court costs have been piad in full.
<br />'The court further finds that no claims have been filed in this estate; that the time fixed by
<br />the order of this court for the filing of claims has elapsed and that no claims have been file
<br />and the court, after examining the records and files in this case, finds that due and legal pub
<br />lication has been had in the manner and form provided by law for the filing of claims. I
<br />It is, therefore: ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that all claims not on file, if arl
<br />such there be against the estate of Bernhard H.Fischer, deceased, be and the same are hereby
<br />,forever barred and precluded.
<br />'The court further finds that this estate was not subject to inheritance tax, either federal or
<br />;state; that under the Last Will and Testament, the widow, Anna Fischer, was entitled to all thi
<br />personal property of the said Bernhard H.Fischer, and that the same has been set off to her, a�
<br />that she has accounted for all the assets of said estate which have come into her knowledge or
<br />possession.
<br />It is therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the said Anna Fischer be, and
<br />she is hereby discharged as executrix, and her bond released.
<br />The court further finds that the said Bernhard H.Fischer died a resident of Hall County, Nebra
<br />that he left a Last Will and Testament, which has been heretofore duly admitted to probate;
<br />he left surviving him as his sole and only heirs at law, the following-named persons,towit:
<br />Anna Fischer, widow,
<br />Henry-Fischer; son,
<br />Augusta Fischer, daughter,
<br />William Fischer, aon:
<br />Fred Fischer, son,
<br />Caroline Fischer Mettenbrink, daughter,
<br />Dora Fischer, daughter
<br />Louise Fischer Wilkins, daughter,
<br />all of whom are of lawful age.
<br />The court further finds that at the time of his death, the said Bernhard H.Fischer was the
<br />owner of the following- described real estate, towit:
<br />An undivided one -half interest in the North Half (NJ) of Northwest Quarter (NWJ) of section
<br />Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North of Range Eight (s) West of the 6th P.M.,Hamilton
<br />County, Nebraska. _
<br />An undivided one -half of the South Half (S') of the Northwest Quarter (NWJ) of section Thirte
<br />(13) Township Eleven (11) North of Range Eight (S) West of the 6th P.M., Hamilton County, Ne-
<br />braska.
<br />The Southwest Quarter (SWJ) of Section Twelve (12) and the southeast Quarter (SEJ) of the Nort
<br />west Quarter (NWJ) of Section Twelve (12) and Lots Numbered One (1) and Two (2) in Section
<br />Twelve (12), all in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eight (S) West of the 6th P.M., contain-
<br />ing Two Hundred Sixty -nine and Ninety One- Hundredths Acres (269.90) more or less according to
<br />Government Survey in Hamilton County, Nebraska.
<br />Lot Numbered Four (4) in Block Two (2) in Gilberts second Addition to Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />The court further finds that under the terms of said last Will and Testament and Codicil, the
<br />interest of the said Bernhard H.Fischer in the South Half (SJ) of the Northwest Quarter (NWJ)
<br />of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eight (8) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hamilton County, Nebraska, did pass and descend under and by virtue of said Last Will and
<br />Testament to his widow, Anna Fischer in fee simple absolute*
