<br />i1, Bernhard H.Fischer now of Grand Island, Nebraska, having heretofore made my will and testament
<br />1bearing date of April 17, 1927, do now make this codicil thereto.
<br />Whereas, I and my wife have grown older and I am in not as good health and it may cause the care
<br />;;and labor and time of my unmarried daughters, Augusta and Dora, _I desire to compensate them by`'
<br />'requesting and directing that the LIFE ESTATE given my wife Anna Fischer in my Grand Island
<br />property now occupied as a home by us shall be shared equally by them and as long after my`si 6's
<br />death as they shall so desire. That is the life estate of Anna Fischer will continue in the
<br />`,name of Augusta and Dora Fischer,
<br />`'In all other respects I confirm my last will and testament.
