<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said estate ha.s been fully administered,
<br />that all bills, claims and accounts filed against the deceased have been paid,, that there are
<br />no valid claims outstanding, that all Court costs and attorney fees have been paid, and that
<br />this estate is not subject to state inheritance taxes or national estate taxes, and all personf
<br />are enjoined from further filing any claims herein.
<br />The Court further finds that the provisions of the will of the deceased have been duly carried
<br />'out, and that all personal property has been turned over to Antje Magdalena Haack, widow of thi
<br />deceased, and the paid up stock in the Equitable Building & Loan Association of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, has been duly assigned to the widow of the deceased, and that under the terms of the
<br />will of the deceased Lot One (1) in Block Sixteen (16) of H.G.Clark's Addition to Grand Island
<br />Hall County, Nebraska., did descend to the said Antje Magdalena Haack in fee simple, and that
<br />she is nor., the sole owner of said premises,
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, and the Court does hereby award to said Antje
<br />Magdalena Haack all of the personal property left by the deceased, and Lot One (1) in Block
<br />Sixteen (16) of H.G.C1ark's Addition to Grand. Island,Hall County, Nebraska., according to the
<br />recorded plat thereof, to her and to her heirs forever in fee simple.
<br />The Court furthor finds that John J.Haack departed this life on the 28th day of March, 1932, a
<br />resident of said Hall County, leaving a last will, which instrument was duly executed a.ccordi
<br />to law, and that the testator was of sound mind and memory and freely executed said will in
<br />words and figures as follows, to -wit:
<br />"'T'HE LAST WILL OF JOHN J . HAACK
<br />I, John J.Haack, make this my last will her, -'by revoking all former gills.
<br />I hereby ac point my wife Antje Magdalena executrix of this will and direct that she be permitt d
<br />to assume the duties of that office without giving bonds therefor.
<br />In view of the small value of my estate and the fact that my wife has been a faithful co -worke
<br />and saver with me, I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto her all of my property, real, per-
<br />sonal or mixed, knowing full well that at the time of her death she will deal justly with our
<br />children, should thezeremain any of the property I have given her, but nothing herein contained
<br />shall be construed to be a limitation on her right to alienate any of said property.
<br />Done at Grand Island this 27th day of July A.D. 1911.

<br />11th da.y of April, 1932, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of John J
<br />Haack, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 3rd day of May, 1932, said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the
<br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said John J.Haack, deceased, and th
<br />same was ordered. to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
