<br />OF JOHN J. HAACK, Deceased.
<br />This being the day ;yet for hearing on the report of the administratrix filed on the 23rd day
<br />of September, 1932) and no person having apeared in opposition to the allowance of said
<br />report and no objections having been filed thereto, the Court proceeded to examine the same,
<br />and after due examination finds the sane to be true'and correct and that the name should be
<br />allowed as the final report of the a.dministra.trix, and. that she should be discharged.
<br />IT IS, 'THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT the report of the administratrix hereto-
<br />fore filed be, and the same is, hereby allowed as her true and final report and she is dis-
<br />charged from further acting as executrix in this estate.
<br />Upon further examination of the files herein, the Court finds that all of the property of the
<br />deceased which came into the hands of said executrix has by her been duly accounted for, and
<br />this estate has been settled according to law.
