<br />;;The Court finds that the said Michael C.Mulick departed'this life at St.Francis Hospital in
<br />;Grand Island, Nebraska, on the 4th day of February, 1932, being at the time a resident of Hall
<br />;!County, Nebraska, and that he died intestate; that he left surviving him as his sole and only
<br />`heirs at law the following named;-
<br />!Bridget A.Mulick, widow, of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, Rose Costello, daughter, Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska) Belle Goodwin, daughter, Denver,Colorado, May Patton, daughter,
<br />?Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska; William Mulick, a son, of Berkeley, California; and Dennis
<br />Mulick, a son, of Custer County, Nebraska.
<br />!The Court finds that the said Michael C.Mulick,was at the time of his death the owner of the
<br />following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />!The Westerly two - thirds. of Lot Seven (7), in Block Eighty -one (81) of the Original Town, now
<br />!City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />!and the owner of the following described real estate situated in Sherman County, Nebraska, to-
<br />wit:-
<br />A certain piece or parcel of land situate in Block Five (5) of the original town, now village,
<br />of Loup City, according to the recorded plat thereof on file in the office of the County Clerk
<br />of said Sherman County, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit: Commencing at the
<br />southeast corner of Lot Thirteen (13) in said Block Five (5) running thence north along the
<br />East line of Lots 13, 14 and 15, 75 feet more or less to the north line of said Lot 15; thence
<br />west along the north line of said Lot 15, forty -four feet more or less; thence south, parallel
<br />with the east line of said lots, 25 feet; thence east, parallel with the north line of said
<br />Lot 15, 22 feet; thence south, parallel with the east line of said Lots 13, 14 and 151 50 feet;
<br />thence east along the south line of Lot 13, 22 feet, to place of beginning, same being a piece
<br />of land 22 feet east and west by 50 feet north and south off the east end of said Lots 13 and
<br />14, and a piece of ground 25 feet by 44 feet off the east end. of Lot 15, all in said Block 5
<br />of the original Town of Loup City, in Sherman County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that under the provisions of the law of descent of the state of Nebraska that
<br />said real estate did pass at the death of the said Michael C.Mulick, deceased, in the manner
<br />fallowing: -
<br />To Bridget A.Mulick, widow of said deceased, an undivided one -third interest therein, and to
<br />Rose Costello, Belle Goodwin, May Patton,.William Mulick and Dennis Mulick, each, an undivided
<br />two - fifteenths interest therein, all as tenants in common.
<br />The Court finds that said above described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wi :
<br />The Westerly two- thirds of Lot Seven (7) in Block Eight -one (81) of the Original Town, now Cit
<br />of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />was the home of the said deceased and his widow at the time of his death, and that the said
<br />Bridget A.Mulick, widow of deceased, has a homestead interest therein.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that on the death of the said Michael C.Mulick, de-
<br />ceased, the real estate hereinbefore described did pass and descend under the laws of descent
<br />of the state of Nebraska as follows:-
<br />To Bridget A.Mulick, widow of deceased, an undivided one -third interest therein, and to Rose
<br />Costello, Belle Goodwin,May Patton, William Mulick and Dennis Mulick, each, and.undivided two-
<br />fifteenths interest therein, all as tenants in common, and all subject to the homestead int ere t
<br />of the said Bridget A.Mulick in and to the said Westerly two - thirds of Lot Seven (7) in Block
<br />Eighty -one (8 1) of the Original Town, now city of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate is not subject to inheritance tax under the laws of
<br />the state of Nebraska,
