<br />Now on this 16th day of August,1932,this cause came on for hearing before the Court upon the 
<br />final account of Leo G.Shehein,Executor of the last will and testament of the said Rosilla 
<br />Bishop,deceased,and his petition for distribution, and upon the waiver of Cora Blanche Humphre 
<br />Julius C.Bishop and Harry S.Bishop on file herein. The Court being fully advised in the premix 
<br />finds: 
<br />That the said Cora Blanche Humphrey, Julius C.Bishop and Harry S.Bishop are the only persons 
<br />interested in the said estate and that they waived formal notice of the time and place of hear 
<br />ing upon the said account and petition for distribution and have agreed that said account is 
<br />true and correct in all respects and that a decree of distribution should be made as therein 
<br />prayed for. 
<br />The Court further finds that the said final account of said Executor is true and correct in all 
<br />respects and that the said Executor has therein duly accounted for and distributed all the 
<br />personal assets belonging to the said estate,unto the said Cora Blanche Humphrey,Julius C. 
<br />Bishop and Harry S.Bishop, legatees under the said last will and testament and that their rece 
<br />therefor are now on file herein. The Court further finds that all proceedings have been had f 
<br />'filing claims against said estate, that due notice has been given to creditors, and that all 
<br />claims not filed and allowed are hereby barred and foreclosed. The Court further finds that 
<br />all debts, claims, demands against said estate,including funeral expenses and the expense of 
<br />administration, have been paid in full and that no part of said estate is subject to inherit- 
<br />ance taxes. 
<br />The Court further finds that said Rosilla Bishop died seized of the following described real 
<br />estate which should be assigned to the said Cora Blanche Humphrey,Julius C.Bishop and Barry S. 
<br />Bishop, devisees under said last will and testament, share and share alike,subject,however, to 
<br />any and all deeds and conveyances heretofore executed by them or either of them, to -wit: 
<br />All of fractional Lot 7,in Block l,in Russell Wheelers Addition to Grand Island,Hall County, 
<br />Nebraska,and the Westerly 33 feet of Lot 7 in Block 126, Union Pacific Railway Company's See- 
<br />and Addition to Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska, Fractional Lot S,in Block 7,in H.G.Clark's 
<br />Addition to Grand tsland,Hall County,Nebraska, and fractional Lot 9,in Block 18,in Russel
