AM 6 EA-11 V0,91127 <br />FINAL DECREE <br />�i IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />In the Matter of the Estate ) <br />of FINAL DECREE. <br />IEleanor Gilchrist,Deceased. <br />Now on this 22nd day of July, 1932, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of <br />Annie Clendenin Button and Harriet Clendenin Neumayer, administratrix of the estate of Nancy <br />Eleanor Gilchrist, Deceased, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that notice was <br />required by law has been given to all persons interested as to the filing of said report and o <br />the time fixed for filing of said estate by publication and no objection or protest has been <br />filed and on examination thereof, the court finds that said report is correct in all respects <br />and ouight to be approved and allowed as and for the final account of said administratrix; that <br />they have accounted for all the property of said deceased coming into their hands or under the r <br />control. <br />IIThe Court further finds that notice as required by law was given to all creditors of said de- <br />ceased of the time and place appointed for filing of claims against said estate and that the <br />time allowed for filing claims is fully expired; that all claims filed have -- allowed against <br />said estate have been paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding against said estate <br />and not so filed, if anv such there be, are therefor forever barred and excluded; <br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED and ADJUDGED by the Court the report of said administratrix be and <br />the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for the final account. <br />It is FURTHER;ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that,all persons are forever barred a'd <br />excluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against said estate and that the same' <br />is fully settled and closed. <br />The Court further finds that Nancy Eleanor Gilchrist departed this life intestate on the 25th <br />i <br />i day of January, 1932, that she was at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, and that she left surviving her as her heirs -at -law and her only heirs-at- <br />law the following named persons: Annie Clendenin Button, daughter of Doniphan, Nebraska, Harri t <br />Clendenin Neumayer, a daughter, of Grand Island,Nebraska, and George Herbert Clendenin,a_ son, <br />of Denver, Colorado. <br />The Court further finds-the said Nancy Eleanor Gilchrist died seized in fee simple of the fol- <br />lowing described real estate situated in Hall County, State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Lot Two (2),Block One Hundred Twenty -seven (127) Union. Pacific Railroad Company's Second <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Court finds that under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska, said real estat <br />did descend at her death in the manner following; To George H.Clendenin, Annie Button and <br />Harriet M.Neumayer, an undivided one -third part thereof in common. <br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED, A?'D DECREED by the Court that the Above described real <br />estate to -wit, Lot Two (2) Block One Hundred Twenty -seven (127) Union Pacific Railroad Com- <br />pany's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death <br />of the said Nancy Eleanor Gilchrist under the provisions of the laws of Descent of the State <br />of Nebraska in the manner following to -wit: To','Oeorge H.Clendenin to Annie Button and to <br />Harriet M.Neumayer, and to each of them, share and share alike an undivided one -third interes <br />The Court further finds that their remains in the hands of the administratrix the following <br />described personal property: <br />A claim <br />for rental due <br />from T.J.Willis, in the amount of <br />$300.00 <br />a claim <br />for rental due <br />from J.T.Shriner in the amount of <br />200.00 <br />A claim <br />for rental due <br />from T.E.Searson,in the amount of <br />114.00 <br />Pension <br />Draft due from <br />United States Pension Bureau in the amount of <br />40.00 <br />
