<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts, if any, and the expenses attending my burial, be first paid out o
<br />my personal. estate.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give and bequeath to my daughter, Sophia Humphrey, the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00
<br />to be paid to her within one year after my death, with interest thereon at the rate of four pe
<br />cent, per annum from date of my death. I also give and devise to my said daughter) Sophia Hum
<br />phrey, Lot Eight (9) in Block One Hundred Twenty -eight (129) in Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to t e
<br />City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, to have and to hold the same forever.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give and bequeath to my daughter, Hilda Johnson, all my household furniture, fixtures, and
<br />utensils, my automobile owned by me at the time of my death, and the sum of Two Thousaiid';'Dollais
<br />($2000.00) to be paid to her within.one year after my death, with interest thereon at the rate)
<br />of four per cent per annum from the date of my death. I also give and devise to my said daught 4
<br />Hilda Johnson, Lot Eight (S) in Block One Hundred and Three (103) in Koenig & Wiebe's Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, to have and to hold the same forever.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I give and bequeath to my daughter, Cicilie Larsen, the sum of Four Thousand Dollars 04000.00
<br />to be paid to her within one year after my death, with interest thereon at the rate of four
<br />per cent per annum from the date of my death.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my son, Peter Johnson, and my son -in -law, Earl W.Humphrey, as
<br />trustees in trust, and to the survivor of them, as trustee, in trust, Lot One (1) in Block
<br />Seventeen (17) in Windolph's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, also

<br />the sum of Four Thousand Dollars ($4000.00) to be paid to them within one year after my death,
<br />Itogether with interest thereon from the date of my death at the rate of four per cent per annu
<br />and also one -fifth of my residuary estate, disposed of in the eight paragraph of this will,
<br />the uses and trusts, and for the purposes following; To..rent the real estate in this- paragraph
<br />described, and from such rentals first pay the taxes, insurance premiums, and necessary repair
<br />one al estate, and invest the. balance of the-estate hereby bequeathed in interest- bearing se-
<br />curities, and at the expiration of five years from the date of my death, pay such accumulated
<br />income to my said daughter, Carrie Momson, and, annually thereafter, pay to the said Carrie
<br />Momson, the income from said trust estate, so long as she shall live, and upon the death of
<br />said Carrie Momson, said trustees shall sell said real estate, and thereupon make distribution
<br />of all of said trust estate, together with any accumulations thereto, in equal shares to the
<br />brothers and sisters of said Carrie Momson, her surviving.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />I give and bequeath to my daughter, Clara Richards, the sum of Four Thousand Dollars ($4000.00
<br />to be paid to her within one year after my death, with interest thereon at the rate of four pe
<br />cent per annum from the date of my death. I also give and devise to my said daughter, Clara
<br />Richards, the easterly two - thirds of Lot Seven (7) in Block One Hundred Twenty - eight (128),in
<br />Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, to have and
<br />hold the same forever.
<br />SEVENTH.
<br />On February 15, 1926, I conveyed to each of my Children, Mary Pederson, William Johnson, and
<br />Peter Johnson, by warranty deed, real estate owned by me for a consideration far less than the
