That the final report of the executor is in all things true and correct and should be <br />approved; that all debts, claims and demands against said estate haiire been paid in full, in- <br />cluding the costs of administration, and that all claims not filed should be and are forever <br />barred; that all of the personal property belonging to said estate has been sold, used for th <br />payment of debts and costs, and that there is no balance in the hands of the executor for dis <br />tribution that there is no inheritance tax due the State of Nebraska, and no Federal Estate <br />tax due the United States of America. <br />3.
