<br />DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION.
<br />Now, on this 14th day of June, 1932, this cause came on for hearing upon the final account of
<br />Clifford J.Beegle, Fay Beegle, and Fannie V.Beegle, Executors of the last will and testament ol,
<br />A.L.Beegle, deceased, and their petition for distribution, thereupon evidence was duly intro-
<br />duced, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, finds that the said final account is
<br />a true, full, and m rrect account of all the acts and doings of the said Executors of said es-
<br />tale relating to the property thereof situated in the state of Nebraska, and that the same
<br />I
<br />should be approved.
<br />The Court further finds that due notice has been given to all persons having claims against
<br />the said estate, that the time fixed for filing such claims has expired, and that all claims
<br />not filed and allowed have been duly barred by order of Court.
<br />The Court further finds that all funeral expenses, debts, and. costs and expenses of administr
<br />tion of the said estate have been paid in full, and that the said estate is not subject to the;

<br />payment of inheritance taxes; that of the personal property there remains only certain house-
<br />hold furniture of.the value of $200.00; that the real estate belonging to the said estate in ,
