This provision in favor of the said Fannie V.Steen is made in pursuance to., an <br />Ito carry out, the terms of the ante - nuptial agreement existing between her and me. <br />THIRD. <br />I,I give, devise, and bequeath, all the rest, residue, and remainder, of the estate, both real <br />and personal, of which I shall die the owner, including lapsed legacies and lapsed devises <br />hereunder, if any have lapsed, to my beloved children, Cora E.Schaeffer, Clifford J.Beegle, <br />Austin Beegle, Fay Beegle, Albert Beegle, and Harry Beegle, share and share alike, provided, <br />however, that in the event of the death of any of my said children before the time of my death <br />without lawful issue him or her surviving at the time of'my death, then and in that event my <br />children then surviving shall take and share of such deceased child of mine, and provided fur- <br />ther, that in the event of the death of any of my said children before the time of my death <br />leaving lawful issue him or her surviving at the time of my death, then and in that event the <br />lawful issue of any such deceased child of mine, living at the time of my death, shall take th <br />deceased parent's share. <br />FOURTH. <br />I direct that in the event of my death while I am still associ ^.ted with my sons, Clifford J. <br />Beegle and Albert Beegle, as a partner of theirs in the shoe store business, that my executors <br />sell my interest in said business to my said sons, Clifford J.Beegle and Albert Beegle, if the <br />desire to purchase the same, at its fair value as reflected by the books of the company and an <br />i <br />invoice of the merchandise on hand. <br />FIFTH. <br />I nominate and appoint my son, Clifford J.Beegle, my daughter, Fay Beegle, and the said Fannie <br />I'V.Steen, in the event she survives me as my lawful widow, and the survivors of them living at <br />my death, as executor and executrices of this will. <br />SIXTH. <br />�I hereby revoke any and all former wills made by me. <br />i <br />
