<br />:`John Fagan and William Fagan,Jr., Executors of the last will and testament of the said William
<br />'Fagan, deceased, and it appearing to the Court from the proofs on file that notice has been
<br />;,given to all interested parties in said estate of the filing of said report, as required by law
<br />and the order of this Court; and it further appearing to the Court after full examination, that!
<br />!the account exhibited by said Executors is correct in all things and ought to be approved and
<br />'allowed, and it further appearing that said Executor has accounted for all of the estate whichj4

<br />THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of the said Executors of the last will
<br />,land testament of the said William Fagan, deceased, be and the same is, approved as and for j

<br />`iThe Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the manner

<br />provided by law of the date and placed fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said ,l

<br />deceased; that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed andj

<br />,allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied;
<br />!that the funeral expenses of said deceased and the costs of administering said estate have b
<br />fully paid and that all outstanding claims against said estate, not filed, if any such there
<br />be, are forever barred and excluded.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said William Fagan,
<br />deceased, and that such- estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the Executors have received no cash during the administration of said es-
<br />'` tote. That the costs and expenses incident to the closing of said estate, in the sum of $163.
<br />have been paid by Ellen Fagan, widow of said deceased, and that the executors make no claim fo
<br />such disbursements.
<br />That the personal property listed in the inventory has been all turned over and delivered to

<br />the said Ellen Fagan, widow of said deceased, she being the sole devisee and legatee under the!
<br />last will and testament of said deceased. The Court finds that the said Ellen Fagan has re- �+
<br />ceipted for all of such property.
<br />The Court finds that the said William Fagan, deceased, departed this life at his home in Hall
<br />t�
<br />County, Nebraska, on January the 2nd, 1931, leaving a last will and testament which was admittljed
<br />to probate on the 30th day of January, 1931.
