That the costs and expenses incident to the closing of said estate, in the sum of $163. <br />have been paid by Ellen Fagan, widow of said deceased, and that the executors make no claim fo <br />such disbursements. <br />That the personal property listed in the inventory has been all turned over and delivered to <br />,r <br />the said Ellen Fagan, widow of said deceased, she being the sole devisee and legatee under the! <br />last will and testament of said deceased.
