<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on
<br />the 15th day of May, 1931, the instrument perporting to be the las- will and testament of Emma
<br />C.Anderson, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 5th day of June, 1931,
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated. and allowed
<br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Emma C.Anderson, de-
<br />ceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />E1411A C.ANDERSON, DECEASED.
<br />NOW) on this 27th day of October, 1931, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report �
<br />filed herein by Arthur H.Anderson, executor of the estate of Emma C.Anderson, deceased., and
<br />upon his petition for approval and allowance of said report, settlement of said estate and his
<br />discharge as such executor, an,-j the Court having examined the records and files herein, and be
<br />ing duly advised in the premises, finds that Arthur H.Anderson filed his petition in this Courl
<br />on the 15th day of May, 1931, alleging, among other things, that the said Emma C.And.erson de-
<br />parted this life testate and a resident of said County immediately preceding her death on the
<br />12th day of May, 1931, and that said petitioner was named executor of said will to administer
<br />the assets of said estate situated in said County; that upon reading and filing the petition
<br />in said Court an order was entered herein fixing the time and place for hearing the evidence
<br />in sup-port of said petition, and. giving notice thereof by publication for three succes.�ive
<br />weeks in the Grand Island Independent, a legal newpaper published in said County; that said
<br />was aas held, as heretofore ordered by the Court and as by law required, and said instru-
<br />ment being admitted to probate in said Court as the last will and testament of said deceased,
<br />letters testamentary -.were granted to said petitioner upon the filing of-hi5 bond as provided
<br />by law.
<br />The Court further finds that notice of the time and place for filing claims against said estat
<br />has been given to all persons by publication of said. notice in the Grand Island Independent, a
<br />legal newspaper published and circulated in said County, for three successive weeks, and that
<br />all claims against said estate not filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there
<br />be, are forever barred, excluded and enjoined from being set up or asserted against said estat
<br />The Court further finds that said deceased departed this life, leaving surviving her as her
<br />heirs at law, and only heirs at law, legatees and persons entitled to share in her estate, the

<br />following,,Arthur H.Anderson, a son, residing at St. Libory, Nebraska, Route #1; Marvin C.Ande'
<br />son, a son, and Alton C.Anderson, a son, both of whom reside at Grand Island,Nebraska, Route
<br />#2; and Fred C.Heins,a grandson, residin with G.C.Heins, at Grand Island, Nebraska.
