To my daughters
<br />Augusta Stuhr, Sophie Matheisen, Anna Schoel, Bertha Baasch,and Alvina Lueth, and
<br />to their heirs I give eaci-� the sum of five hundred dollars to be paid them from the charges

<br />personal property left by me, but should there not be enough personal property left to pay said

<br />in the name of Friedrich Luth, and. the West half of the,Southeast Quarter (W� S*) and the
<br />East half of the Southwest Quarter (E SWJ),and the West half of the Southwest Quarter (W�, £
<br />of Section Seven (7), in Toi,rnship Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., all in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, in the name of Frederick Luth.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS, that due and legal notice has been given all creditors to file any
<br />claims that they might have against this estate, which notice was published in the said The
<br />Grand Island Independent, for three consecutive weeks, the first publication being on the 17th
<br />day of February, 1931, the subsequent publications on the 29th day of February, 1931, and the
<br />3rd day of March, 1931.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS, that all debts of the deceased and claims against his estate includ-
<br />ing court costs have been paid, and that there are no claims outstanding and unpaid, but if
<br />there should be any such unpaid claims, that they are forever barred and are null and void so
<br />far as this estate is concerned.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS, that according to the provisions of said will, Augusta Stuhr, Sophie
<br />Mathiesen, now Sophia Stuhr; Anna Schoel; Bertha Baasch, now deceased, and Alvina Lueth, now
<br />Alvina Kay, are each given a legacy of $500.00,to be paid by William Luth, Charles Luth and
<br />Henry Luth, and the Court finds, that said legacies have been paid in accordance with the pro-
<br />visions of said will and that there is filed in this Court, a receipt by said Augusta Stuhr,
<br />Sophia Stuhr, Anna Schoel, Alvina Luth Kay, and Henry Baaseh, administrator of the estate of
<br />Bertha Baasch, deceased, acknowledging receipt in.full of said legacies, which receipt was
