<br />.Blanche Gibson, a niece of the age of 17 years and residing at Nowata, Oklahoma, R.F.D. #1;
<br />PL.Vanbuskirk, a brother, residing at Conway, Mo., R.F.D. #1; Irene Gibson, a half- sister,
<br />,!residing at Nowata, Oklahoma.

<br />The Court further finds that said deceased died the owner of an estate situated in said County,

<br />;'and Nowata County, Oklahoma, consisting of both personal and real property, said real estate
<br />ilbeing described as an undivided one- fourth interest in and to lot six (6) in block fourteen(14);
<br />in Arnold and Abbott's addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska and the East -*
<br />'Half (E -) of the North -East Quarter (NEJ) of Section thirteen (13), Township twenty -six (26),
<br />.range 14, east of the Indian Meridian, Nowata County, Oklahoma, which real estate did pass and
<br />dscend by virtue of the terms and provisions of said will, at the death of said deceased, to
<br />"Ezra Wickwire, surviving husband of said deceased, in fee simple title.
<br />'The Court further finds that the executor has reduced all personal property to cash in the amoInt
<br />of $6999.50, and after paying the funeral expenses of said deceased, the costs of this proceed-»
<br />ing and other debts against said estate, including all of the special bequests and legacies
<br />provided for in said will and codicil thereto, there remained a residue in the hands of said
<br />;;executor of $4900.00, which he has distributed under the terms of said will and codicil theret�,
<br />to Ezra Wickwire, surviving husband, a one -half part thereof, and to P.L.Van Buskirk, a brothel,
<br />and Irene Gibson, a step - sister, each a one - fourth part thereof.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time ano
<br />place fixed by the Court for hearing upon said Executor's final report, and no one appearing to
<br />object to same, and the Court having examined said report, together with the vouchers attached'
<br />thereto, finds that said report is tuue and correct in all things and should be approved and
<br />'t
<br />allowed as and for si.id executor's final report, said estate settled and closed and said execu
<br />i,
<br />for discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate is not subject to payment of any inheritance tax by
<br />virtue of any State or Federal Law.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, QRDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons having claims l
<br />against said estate not filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are
<br />forever barred, enjoined and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said
<br />estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the final report of the said
<br />B.J.Cunningham, executor of said estate, be, and the same is hereby, in all things, approved
<br />and allowed as and for the final report of said executor, said estate settled and closed and
<br />said executor discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that by the terms acid provisions of the
<br />last will and testament of said deceased, said real estate hereinbefore described, did pass
<br />and descend at the death of said deceased, to Ezra Wickwire, surviving husband of said deceased,
<br />in fee simple title, and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.
