<br />�I, Paul,N.Kirk, County Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that 
<br />on the 11th day of May, 1931, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament and 
<br />codicil thereto of Eliza A.Wickwire, deceased, were filed for probate in this Court. 
<br />That on the 27th day of May, 1931, said instruments to which this certificate is attached were 
<br />'duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament and codicil of the real and 
<br />personal estate of said Eliza A.Wickwire, deceased, and the same were ordered to be recorded ir 
<br />the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />ELIZA A.WICKWIRE, DECEASED. - 
<br />NOW on this 10th day of November, 1931, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report 
<br />filed herein by B.J.Cunningham, executor of the estate of Eliza A.Wickwire, deceased, and upon 
<br />his petition for the approval and allowance of said report, the settlement of said estate and 
<br />his discharge herein, and the Court having examined the records and files herein, and being 
<br />fully advised in the premises, finds that B.J.Cunningham filed his petition in this Court on 
<br />-the 11th day of May, 1931, alleging, among other things, that Eliza A.Wickwire departed this 
<br />life on the 5th day of May, 1931, being at the time of her death a resident and - inhabitant of 
<br />said County and the owner of an estate to be administered in said County; that she left a last 
<br />will and testament with a codicil attached thereto; and that the prayer of said petition asked 
<br />that said will and codicil be admitted to probate as the last will and testament of said de- 
<br />ceased, and the petitioner named therein as executor be duly appointed to administer the asset 
<br />of said estate under the terms and provisions of said will and codicil; that upon the filing o 
<br />said petition an order was entered fixing the time and place for hearing the evidence in supper 
<br />of said petition and giving notice thereof as required by law; that said hearing was held, as 
<br />heretofore ordered by the Court, and said will and codicil being admitted to probate as the la 
<br />will and testament of said deceased, the said B.J.Cunningham, named therein as executor, was 
<br />duly appointed and letters testamentary issued to him upon his filing -a bond as required by la, 
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time ani 
<br />place fixed by the Court for filing claims against said estate, land that all persons having__ 
<br />claims against said estate not filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, 
<br />are forever barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against 
<br />said estate. 
<br />The Court further finds that said deceased departed this life leaving as her heirs at law, and 
<br />only heirs at law and persons entitled to share in said estate, the following named person5,to -1 
<br />wit: Ezra Wickwire, her surviving husband, of Grand Island,Nebraska; Louis Losey, a son, whose

<br />last known address was North Platte, Nebraska; George Harding, John Harding, and Robert Harding 
<br />children of Nellie Harding, a deceased daughter of said deceased, all residing at Meadow Grove, 
<br />Nebraska, and all of whom are of legal age; Anna Nelson, a step- daughter, residing at Moosehart 
<br />Illinois; Alice Vanbuskirk Gorley, a niece, residing at Conway; Mo.R.F.D. #l; Samuel Houck, a
