<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ELIZA A.WICKWIRE
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA.
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Eliza A.Wickwire, being of sound mind and disposing
<br />memory do make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament-in the manner and form fol-
<br />lowing:
<br />FIRST: I direct that all my just debts, funeral expense and expense of my last sickness be firE
<br />paid by my Executor hereinafter named.
<br />SECOND: I givem devise and bequeath to my son, Louie Losey, the sum of Twenty -five ($25.00)
<br />Dollars and direct that he shall have no other share or part of my property.
<br />THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath to my grand- children, George Harding, John Harding, and
<br />Robert Harding, children of my deceased daughter, Nellie, the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars each
<br />and direct that they shall not receive any other part or share of my property.
<br />The reason that I do not bequeath them a greater share of my property is that they have never
<br />visited me and have never appeared to be interested in my welfare.
<br />Fourth: I give, devise and bequeath unto Anna Nelson, daughter of Ezra Wickwire, the sum of
<br />One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, and to my niece, Alice Vanbuskirk, the sum of One Hundred ($100.100)
<br />Dollars; to Samuel Houck, the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars; to John Houck, the.sum of
<br />One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars; knd to my niece, Blanche Gibson, the sum of One Hundred ($100.0 )
<br />Dollars.
