<br />t+ Now on this 31st day of May, 1932, this cause came on to be heard by the court on the final
<br />sreport and account of Clara Kuhlsen, executrix of said estate, and it appearing from the evi-
<br />dence and proofs on file in this court that regular notice as by law and the order of the courlt
<br />it required, has been given to all persons interested, of the time and place of examining and
<br />j
<br />j allowing said final account, by publication for three successive weeks in a legal newspaper
<br />published within.said Hall County, and there being no objections to the said final account anc�`
<br />r;
<br />report, the court, on examination thereof, finds that the same is in all respects correct and
<br />should be allowed and approved.
<br />The court further finds, from the proofs on file herein, that legal notice as by law and the j
<br />order of this court required, has been given to all persons having claims against said estate;`
<br />of the time and place for filing same; that all claims filed against said estate have been
<br />fully paid, and that all persons having unfiled claims against said estate, if any there be,
<br />are forever barred and precluded from making claim thereon, and all such unfiled claims and
