<br />27th day of February 1931, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Anna'
<br />J.Culbertson, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 24th day of March,
<br />1931, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed
<br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Anna J.Culbertson, de-
<br />ceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Carl R.Culbertson, Executor under the last will and testament of said Anita, J.Culbertson, de-
<br />ceased, and upon his petition for a settlement of said estate and his discharge herein, and t

<br />Court having examined said report and the records and files in said estate and being fully ad-11
<br />vised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interest
<br />i;
<br />in said estate of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said final report, as heretofore
<br />ordered by the Court, and no one appearing to object to said final report, the Court examinedi
<br />together with the vouchers on file and the testimony in support thereof, and being
<br />the same, og '
<br />duly advised in the premises, finds that said report is true and correct in all things and
<br />ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Executor.
<br />The Court further finds that said Anna J.Culbertson departed this life on the 6th day of
<br />October, 1930, and at the time of her death was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Ne-
<br />braska.
<br />The Court further finds that a petition was duly filed on the 27th day of February, 1931, by
<br />Carl R.Culbertson, praying for,the allowance and probate of an instrument purporting to be tho,
<br />last will and testament of Anna J.Culbertson, deceased, the Court thereupon fixed the - -- day[
<br />df - - -- - - -, 1931, as the date for making proof of said last will and testament, and due notice
<br />of the filing of said petition and of the time and place fixed for the hearing thereon was
