<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ANNA J CULBERTSON.
<br />I, Anna J.Culbertson, of Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do
<br />make and publish this, my last will andtestament, by it revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that all my just debts, including the expenses of my last sickness and death, be paid
<br />as soon following my death as can be conveniently arranged by my executor hereinafter appoint
<br />SECOND.
<br />I name, nominate and appoint my husband, Carl R.Culbertson,executor of this my last will and
<br />testament, and I direct that he be nod required to furnish bond in that capacity.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my husband, Carl R.Culbertson,all of my property, both real and
<br />personal, and of whatsoever kind or nature,or wherever situated, for his use during his life
<br />time, giving and granting to him full power to sell; convey, and deed any and all real estate
<br />belonging to me on the date of my death; upon the death of my said husband, I give,devise, and
<br />bequeath the remainder to my daughter, Viola M.Culbertson.
