<br />the evidence, upon consideration whereof the court finds;
<br />1. That due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate as requir�d
<br />by law, and the former order of this court; that said final account is true and correct, and
<br />should be approved and allowed.
<br />2. That all proceedings required by law for the proper filing and allowing of claims against
<br />::said estate have been had and complied with, and all debts, claims and demands allowed againstl,
<br />11said estate, including the costs of administration have been paid in full, and all other debts!
<br />11claims and demands not so filed have been forever barred by the former _order of this court; I
<br />that there is no inheritance tax due to the State of Nebraska, and no estate tax due to the
<br />United States of America. '
<br />3. That there remains in the hands of the administrator for distribution of the real and per-
<br />sonal property and money belonging to said estate, the sum of $1152.99, as appears from his
<br />it
<br />said final account; that said Nancy A.Lacey died seized and possessed of the West Half of the j
<br />Southwest Quarter (W�SWJ) of Section five (5), and the East Half of the Southeast Quarter(EjS*
<br />of Section six (6), all in Township nine (9), North of Range twelve (12),West of the 6th P.M.,'
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, which has been sold under a license issued by the District Court of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as provided by law for the purpose of paying the debts and expenses of
<br />administering said estate.
<br />4. That the said Nancy A.Lacey died intestate on April 31 1931; and left surviving her the
<br />following -named children and grand - child, to -wit:
<br />Frank J.Lacey, Pomona, California, son
<br />Mrs. Mamie Allen, Tulsa, Oklahoma, daughter
<br />Mrs. Carrie Johnson, Omaha, Nebraska, daughter
<br />Walter D.Lacey, Wood River, Nebraska, son
<br />William W.Lacey, Carpenter, Wyoming, son.
<br />Mrs. Emma G.Farthingham, Hemet, California, daughter
<br />Edward L.Lacey, Carpenter, Wyoming, son
<br />Leonard C.Lacey, Hemet, California, son
<br />(all of'legal age)
<br />Nolan E.Lacey, Carpenter, Wyoming,grandson
<br />(nine years of age)
<br />that she left no husband, other living dhildren, or the living issue of any deceased children,
<br />and that the above named children and grandchild are the sole and only heirs of her estate,
<br />the only persons interested therein.
<br />5. That said Nolan E.Lacey is a minor; that no guardian has been appointed for him; that his
<br />mother, Ora E.Lacey, the surviving parent of said minor, has petitioned this court, that his
<br />share of the residue be deposited for him on a savings account in the First State Bank, of
<br />Shelton, Nebraska, until such time as a guardian is appointed for said minor, or he becomes o
<br />legal age; that said request is reasonable, and should be granted.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court
<br />1.
<br />That the said Nancy A.Lacey died intestate on April 31 1931, and left surviving her the above
<br />named children and grandchild, to -wit: Frank J.Lacey, Mrs.Mamie Allen, Mrs.Carrie Johnson, Wa
<br />D.Lacey, William W.Lacey, Mrs. Emma G.Farthingham, Edward L.Lacey,_and Leonard C.Lacey, all o
<br />legal age, and Nolan E.Lacey, a minor nine years of age; that she left no husband, other livi
<br />children, or the living issue of any deceased children, and that said children and grandchild
<br />are the sole and only heirs of her estate.

<br />That the final account of said L.F.Haug, Administrator of said estate, be and the same is her
<br />±! approved and allowed, and that the residue in his hands for distribution amounting to $1152.9
<br />be and the same is hereby assigned to the.said Frank J.Lacey, Mrs. Mamie Allen, Mrs. Carrie
<br />.Farthinizham, Edward L.Lacey, Leonard C.
