WILL AND DECREE
<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF WILLIAM H.HENDRICKS
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN.
<br />'I, William H.Hendricks, of Doniphan, in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, being of sound
<br />mind and memory and considering:the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefor
<br />;make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral;
<br />!expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />'SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath unto,
<br />jmy beloved wife, Sarah L.Hendricks, all of personal property -that I may be possessed at the time
<br />of my demise and all of the rents, issues and profits from my farm during her life.
<br />,Third, I give, devise and bequeath to my Grandglaughter, Florence L.Behrens my farm described
<br />,as the south Half of the North East Quarter of Section Thirteen in Township Ten, North Range
<br />,Nine, West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, subject to the provisions above.
<br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint C.M.Carlson of Doniphan, Nebraska, to be Executor of this
<br />my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />I;IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 21 day of
<br />;!October in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred thirty.

<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on
<br />29th day of October, 1931, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of
<br />William H.Hendricks, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 24th day of
<br />November, 1931, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated
<br />and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said William H.
<br />Hendricks, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court, aforl'
<br />said.
