<br />IIT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the payments of the said
<br />Executors as set forth in their final report and their action in transferring other securities
<br />'to themselves as Trustees, as shown in said report, be approved.
<br />;The Court finds that the said August Stoppkotte departed this life at his home in Grand Island,
<br />ebraska, on March 19th, 1931, leaving a last will.and testament which was admitted to probate
<br />Ion the 21st day of April, 1931.

<br />'The Court finds that the said August Stoppkotte died seized as the owner in fee simple of the
<br />following described real estate, to -wit : -
<br />'Lot 4, Block 4, Russell Wheeler Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska;
<br />The East half of the Southeast Quarter and the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, and
<br />the East Fifteen (15) acres of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, all in Section
<br />1, Township 11, North of Range 9, West of the 6th P.M., except a strip one rod in width off the
<br />West side of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, subject to the right- of -way of the
<br />Union Pacific Railroad Company, Hall County.
<br />That by the provisions of the last will and testament of the said August Stoppkotte the said
<br />Jabove described real estate, to -wit4,
<br />IThe East half of the Southeast Quarter and the Southwest Quarter of the Ooutheast Quarter, and
<br />',the East Fifteen (15) Acres of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, all in Section
<br />11, Township 11, North of Range 9, West of the 6th P.M., except a strip one rod in width off the
<br />jWest side of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, subject to the right -of -way of the
<br />, Union Pacific Railroad Company, Hall County,
<br />did pass and descend to his wife, Abel Stoppkotte, for and during the term of her natural life
<br />the remainder thereof to his son, Arthur Stoppkotte, to be held by him absolutely in fee Simple.
<br />That by the provisions of said last will and testament of the said August Stoppkotte, deceased
<br />the said above described real estate, to -wit : -
<br />Lot 4, Block 4, Russell Wheeler Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />!did pass and descend to Arthur Stoppkotte and Henry Schaaf as Trustees, in trust, and to their
<br />(successors in trust, upon the uses and trusts and for the purposes set forth in said last will
<br />and testament.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that the above described real estate did pass and
<br />descend as by the terms of said last will and testament provided.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate nor any share of any heir therein is subject to in-
<br />heritance tax under the laws of the State of Nebraska.

<br />CERTIFICATE OF PROBATE THEREOF and FINAL DECREE in the Matter of the Estate of AUGUST STOPPXOT'E,
<br />DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a
<br />correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Cou t
<br />of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorize
<br />to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of th
<br />Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
