<br />standing claims against said estate, not filed, if any such there be, are forever barred and

<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever barred

<br />from filing or setting up any claims ors demands against the estate of the said Mary O'Malley,
<br />!deceased, and that such estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said Executor has received. in cash from all sources the sum of
<br />$3,079.94; that he has expended in cash in payment of bills filed against said estate, funeral
<br />expenses, and the expenses and costs incident to the closing of said estate, the sum of
<br />j$3079.94. That after the payment of such bills, expenses, court costs and disbursements approved
<br />Iby the Court there remains nothing for distribution, and the Court finds that the above and
<br />foregoing disbursements, as shown in the final report of the Executor filed herein, account f
<br />;all of the cash coming into the hands of said Executor and that he has accounted for and paid
<br />out all of said sums.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the payments of the said Executor as her
<br />inbefore set out be approved.
<br />The Court finds that the said Mary O'Malley departed this life at her home in Hall County, Ne-
<br />braska, on the 11th day of December, 1927, leaving a last will and testament which was ad-
<br />mitted to probate on the 10th day of January,1928.
<br />The Court finds that the said Mary 0' 1lalley died seized as the owner in fee simple of the fol- j
<br />lowing described real estate, to -wit:
<br />The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 11, Range 10, West of th�
<br />6th P.M. Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />An undivided 9/15 interest in and to the West half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 31, To
<br />ship 11, Range 10,West,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The West half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 52,Township 11, Range 10,West, in Hall Count,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 11, Range 10, West, in
<br />;Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That by the provisions of the last will and testament of the said Mary O'Malley the said above
<br />described real estate was devised to her children, Michael H.O'Malley, Margaret O'Malley Potter
<br />Anna O'Malley Brennen, Cecelia O'Malley Lynch, John O'Malley and Mary O'Malley, share and Shari
<br />alike, each to take an undivided one sixth part thereof absolutely.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that under the terms and provisions of the last will
<br />and testament of said Mary O'Malley all of the above mentioned real estate did pass and descen(
<br />at her death to Michael H.O'Malley, Margaret O'Malley Potter, Anna O'Malley Brennen, Cecelia
<br />O'Malley Lynch, John O'Malley, and Mary O'Malley, share and share alike, each to take an un-
<br />divided one -sixth part thereof absolutely.
<br />The Oourt further finds that said estate nor any share of any heir thereof is subject to in-
<br />heritance tax under the laws of the State of Nebraska.
