71111 A A W DRUM 22 MHU'D M-0 <br />3rd day of September 1931. <br />(SEAL) <br />Paul N.Kirk <br />County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />jIN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE j <br />OF ) FINAL DECREE. <br />';SARAH O.REED, DECEASED. <br />!Now on this 29th day of January, 1932, this cau!e came on for hearing on the final report of <br />.'Harry Grimminger, administrator with the Will annexed under the last Will and Testament of the', <br />.above mentioned Sarah O.Reed, deceased, and it appearing to the Court from proofs on file that' <br />r <br />"notice has been given to all interested persons in said estate of the filing of said report, a <br />,required by law, and by the order of this Court; and it further appearing to the Court after <br />I <br />ifull examination that the account exhibited by said administrator is correct in all things and` <br />, :ought to be approved and allowed; and it further appearing that said administrator has accountld <br />;for all the estate which has come to his hands; <br />z' <br />�'IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of the said Harry Grimminger, <br />;,administrator with the Will annexed under the last Will and Testament of the said Sarah O.Reedo <br />ideceased be and the same is approved as and for his final report. <br />1 <br />i <br />!'The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the manner <br />i1 provided by law, of the date and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said <br />deceased; the time for filing claims has fully e#red; that allclaims filed and allowed againsi <br />11said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that all outstanding claims against said estato <br />;not filed, if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded; <br />ti <br />SIT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever.barredy! <br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Sarah O.Reed, <br />deceased and that such estate is fully settled and closed. <br />The Court further finds that said administrator has received no cash nor personal property of <br />I <br />any kind and therefore there remains in his hands no cash or personal property. The Court fury <br />ther finds that all Court costs and any other claims filed in said estate have been paid by thj <br />said Harry Grimminger. <br />The Court finds that said estate is not subject to any inheritance tax under the laws of the <br />State of Nebraska. <br />The Court finds that the said Sarah O.Reed departed this life at Denver, Colorado on the 9th <br />day of February A.D. 1930, leaving a last Will and Testament which was admitted to probate in <br />the Court Court of Hall County, Nebraska on the 3rd day of September, 1931. <br />The Court finds that the said Sarah O.Reed died seized as the owner in fee simple of the fol- <br />lowing described real estate, to -wit: <br />An undivided One- Fourth (�) interest in and to the North One -half of the Southwest uarter <br />(NjSWi�) of Section Twenty -seven (27) and the West One -half of the Northeast Quarter gW2N*) <br />of Section Twenty -seven (27), all in Township Twelve (12) North Range Ten (10) West of the <br />6th P.M., all in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />That by the provisions of the last Will and Testament of the said Sarah O.Reed, deceased, the <br />said above described real estate was devised absolutely to George D.Reed, son of the said <br />Sarah O.Reed, deceased. <br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that under the terms of the last Will and Testament <br />of the said Sarah O.Reed, deceased, the above real estate to -wit: <br />An Un ivided One- Fourth (J) interest in and to the North One -half of the Southwest Quarter <br />(NzSW) of Section Twenty -Seven (27) and the West One -half of the Northeast Quarter (WNE4) <br />of Section Twenty -seven (27) all in Township Twelve (12) North Range Ten (10) West of the <br />6th P.M., all in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />did pass and descend at her death to George D.Reed absolutely. pa l N Ki <br />
