<br />122nd day of May 1930, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Emma

<br />(Schimmer deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 17th day of June 19301 sat
<br />!instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved) probated and allowed as the
<br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Emma Schimmer,deceased, and the
<br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now, on this 2nd day of February, 1932, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />Carl Vick, Executor of the last will and testament of Emma Schimmer, deceased, and upon his
<br />petition for settlement of said estate and his discharge herein, and tre Court having examined
<br />said report and the records and files in said estate and being duly advised in the premises,
<br />finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the
<br />time and place fixed f'or hearing upon said final report, as heretofore ordered, and no one
<br />I
<br />appearing to object to said final report, the Court examined the same, together with the
<br />vouchers on file and the testimony in support thereof, and being duly advised in the premises,
<br />finds that said report is true and correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed
<br />as and for the final report of said Executor.
<br />The Court further finds that said deceased departed this life on the 19th day of May, 1930,
<br />and at the time of her death was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that Carl Vick filed his duly verified petition praying for the all
<br />ance and. probate of an instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of said Emma
<br />Schimmer,deceased, the Court thereupon fixed the 17th day of June, 1930, as the date for mak-
<br />ing proof of said last will and testament, and due notice of the filing of said petition and
<br />of the time and place fixed for the hearing thereon was given by the Court in the manner pro-
<br />vided by law, and on said date of June 17, 1930, said instrument was duly proven, allowed, and
<br />admitted to probate in this Court as and for the last will and testament of said Emma Schimmez
<br />deceased, and letters testamentary were duly issued thereon to Carl Vick, Executor as named it
