<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF AUGUST MEYER.
<br />I, August Meyer, of Grand Island,Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make
<br />and publish this my last will and testament, in the manner and form following:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts and the expenses attending my burial, be first paid.
<br />SEDOND.
<br />I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Elizabeth B.Meyer, all of the personal property (ex-
<br />cept my undivided one -half interest in the co- partnership of August Meyer & Sons Jewelry Store,
<br />in Grand Island,Nebraska), of which I shall be the owner at the time of my death, having full
<br />confidence that my said wife will properly care for said property and should any remain at the
<br />time of her death that she will divide the'same equally among our joint heirs.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give and bequeath unto my sons, Robert A.Meyer,and Ernest J.Meyer, as.Trustees, my undivided
<br />one -half interest in the copartnership of August Meyer & Sons Jewelry Store, of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, upon the following conditions, to -wit: That all of the income and profits derived
<br />therefrom during the lifetime of my said wife, Elizabeth B.Meyer, from said one -half interest
<br />in said copartnership, shall be paid to her by said trustees, and I further provide that said
<br />Trustees may sell said one -half interest in said copartnership, with the consent and approval
<br />of my said wife, and in the event of such sale by said Trustees, then the proceeds therefrom
<br />shall be invested, with the consent and approval of my said wife, by said Trustees, and the
<br />interest and income from said proceeds shall be paid to my said wife during her lifetime; and
<br />upon the death of my said wife, said one -half interest in and to said copartnership., or in the
<br />event of sale thereof, then the proceeds therefrom, shall be an,d become the property of my son
<br />Robert A.Meyer and Ernest J.Meyer, share and share alike.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I give, devise, and bequeath unto my said wife, Elizabeth B.Meyer, for her natural life, all
<br />of the real estate of which I shall die the owner; and after the death of my said wife, I give
<br />devise, and bequeath that part of the easterly twenty -two feet of Lot Four (4) in Block Sixty
<br />six (66) of the Original Town of Grand Island; Hall County, Nebraska,�and now occupied by the
