<br />JI give and bequeath to Ralph R.Horth, as Trustee in trust, and to his successor in trust, the

<br />that my said Trustee pay to my cousin, Harry C.Wade, within six months after the sale thereof,!
<br />Tone -half of the proceeds from the sale of said southeast quarter of Section 320 together with
<br />!,one -half of the accumulations thereto, and to pay to my cousin, Walter Ray Wade, the other half .
<br />of the proceeds from the sale of said southeast quarter of Section 32, ' together with one -half Of
<br />lithe accumulations thereto, upon the said Walter Ray Wade furnishing to my said trustee, or hie'
<br />,'successor, evidence satisfactory to said trustee that he, the said Walter Ray Wade, has aecum -I
<br />ilulated by his own labor the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1000) over and above all debts then
<br />;owed by him, and until such time as said Walter Ray Wade shall furnish to said Trustee, or hiss
<br />+successor, evidence satisfactory to said Trustee that he, the said Walter Ray Wade, has accumu-
<br />`,lated by his own labor said sum of One Thousand Dollars over and above all debts owed by him,
<br />!:said Trustee shall retain said one -half of the remaining proceeds from the sale of said south
<br />east quarter of said Section 32, and all accumulations thereto, and keep the same invested in

<br />!United States bonds, municipal bonds, or loans secured by first farm mortgages, until such time
<br />(as such evidence is furnished by said Walter Ray Wade to the satisfaction of said Trustee, or
<br />his successor, and when so furnished, to the satisfaction of said Trustee, or his successor,
<br />kpay the same over to said Walter Ray Wade, together with all accumulations thereto, and in thel
<br />;event the said Walter Ray Wade shall die before having furnished said Trustee with evidence

<br />satisfactory to said Trustee that he, the said Walter Ray Wade, has accumulated by his own ii

<br />'labor the said sum of One Thousand Dollars, over and above all debts then owed by him, then sa,d

<br />gone -half of the remaining proceeds from the sale of said southeast quarter of Section 32, to-
<br />!',,gether with the accumulations thereto, shall be paid by said Trustee, or his successor in trust,
<br />'to my said cousin, Harry C.Wade, if hd-ts then living, but in the event the said Harry C.Wade
<br />is then dead, the same shall become a part of my residuary estate and shall be so distributed
<br />!by said Trustee, or his successor in trust.

<br />FIFTH.
<br />I give and bequeath to my cousin, Nell Kennedy, of Montrose, Iowa, as trustee, and to her
<br />H successor in trust, the sum of Twenty -five Hundred-Dollars ($2500), upon the uses and trusts
<br />and for the purposes following: To invest the same in United States bonds, municipal bonds,
<br />or loans secured by first mortgages on real estate, and to pay the income therefrom, and so
<br />much of the principal as may be necessary in the judgment of said trustee, for the proper car
<br />and support of my cousin, Emma Cameron, in the event the said Emma Cameron survives me.
<br />In the event the said Emma Cameron is dead at the time of my death, this legacy shall lapse
<br />and the $2500 hereby bequeathed shall become a part of my residuary estate.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />I give and bequeath to Mattie N.Petersen, in the event she survives me, of Fortification, via
<br />Craig, Colorado, the sum of Twenty -five Hundred Dollars ($2500). In the event said Mattie N.
<br />Petersen has preceded me in death, then and in that event I give and bequeath to Burns Peters.
