<br />Is Clara E.Smout, single, of Grand Island,Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory,
<br />do make and publish this, my last will and testament, in the manner and form following, 1h at
<br />to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my Executor, hereinafter named, sell all of the real estate of which I shall die
<br />the owner, within four years after my death, upon such terms of payment as he may deem advisab:
<br />for the best interests of my estate, and distribute the proceeds therefrom, together with my
<br />;personal estate, as hereinafter provided.

<br />I direct that my just debts, if any, and the expenses attending my burial, be first paid out

<br />interest - bearing securities, and to annually pay to the sexton of the Wood River cemetery, of
<br />Wood River, Nebraska, the income from said trust fund, the same to be used by said sexton for
<br />emetery in a fit and proper condition.
