<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time

<br />The Court further finds that there is no inheritance tax due the State of Nebraska, upon any

<br />jinheritance hereunder, nor is there any Federal Estate Tax due under the laws of the United

<br />The Court further finds that the said Myrhon Kreider, deceased, left surviving him as his heirb

<br />vat law the following named persons; Edith Frances Kreider, widow; Hazel Elizabeth Kreider,
<br />daughter; Marion Frances Kreider, daughter; George Leroy Kreider, son; and Henry Linus Kreider
<br />j
<br />!;son; and that all of said children of the desceased are all minors.
<br />'The Court further finds that the said Myrhon Kreider, deceased, died seized in fee simple of
<br />lithe following described real estate,to -wit:
<br />,,'An undivided one - fourth ( ) interest in the Southwest (SWJ) Quarter of Section Twenty -eight
<br />li(29) and the East Half of the Northwest (EJNWJ) Quarter of Section Thirty -three (33) all in

<br />?(Subject to the life interest of George M.and Mary Kreider);

<br />An undivided one - fourth (J) interest in the Center one -third (1/3) of Lot Seven (7) in Block
<br />Fifty -four (54) of the Original Town, now City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />An undivided one -fifth (1/5) interest in Section Thirty -Six (36) Township Seven (7) South,
<br />Range Twenty -six (26) West of the 6th P.M. in Sheridan County,_ Kansas.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the-said
<br />Wm.P.Mullen, administrator of the estate of Myrhon Kreider, deceased, be and the same hereby ,
<br />is, in all things, approved and allowed as and for the finalreport of the said administrator,
<br />said estate is hereby settled and closed and said administrator discharged and his bond as
<br />such is hereby released.
<br />IT I5 F URTHFR ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims filed against said
<br />estate have been paid, that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time an
