In the matter of the estate of FINAL DECREE. Myrhon Kreider, Deceased. On this 2nd day of February, 1932, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Wm.P.Mullen, Administrator of the Estate of Myrhon Kreider, deceased, and upon his petition for settlement of said estate and his discharge therein. And the Court being duly advised in the premises and having examined the records and files finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for the heart upon said final report, as heretofore ordered by the Court, and no one appearing to object to said final report The Court examined the same, together rtth the vouchers on file and testimo in support thereof and being duly advised in the premises the Court finds that said report is true and correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final repo of said administrator. The Court further finds that the said Myrhon Kreider, deceased, was also referred to as Myroo Kreider and as Myron Kreider, but that where either of said names appear that they refer to o and the same person and that his true and correct name was Myrhon Kreider, and that where in these proceedings the name " Myrron" and "Myron" appear they refer to one and the same person, whose real, true and correct name is Myrhon Kreider. i. The Court further finds that said Myrhon Kreider departed this life on the 24th day of May, 1930, and at the time of his death the said Myrhon Kreider was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska. The Court further finds that on the 29th day of May, 1939, Edith Frances Kreider, widow of Myrhon Kreider, filed in this Court her duly verified petition praying that Letters of Admint tration be granted unto Wm.P.Mullen in the estate of Myrhon Kreider deceased; that the Court thereupon fixed the 24th day of June, 1930, as the date for hearing upon said petition and th due and legal notice of the filing of said petition and the time and place fixed for hearing thereon was given by the Court in the manner provided by law, and thatA-the 24th day of June, 1930 a hearing was had and Letters of Administration issued to Wm.P.Mullen and he duly quali- fied as such administrator.
