And the Court being duly advised <br />in the premises and having examined the records and files finds that due and legal notice has <br />been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for the heart <br />upon said final report, as heretofore ordered by the Court, and no one appearing to object to <br />said final report The Court examined the same, together rtth the vouchers on file and testimo <br />in support thereof and being duly advised in the premises the Court finds that said report is <br />true and correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final repo <br />of said administrator. <br />The Court further finds that the said Myrhon Kreider, deceased, was also referred to as Myroo <br />Kreider and as Myron Kreider, but that where either of said names appear that they refer to o <br />and the same person and that his true and correct name was Myrhon Kreider, and that where in <br />these proceedings the name " Myrron" and "Myron" appear they refer to one and the same person, <br />whose real, true and correct name is Myrhon Kreider. <br />i. <br />The Court further finds that said Myrhon Kreider departed this life on the 24th day of May, <br />1930, and at the time of his death the said Myrhon Kreider was a resident and inhabitant of <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Court further finds that on the 29th day of May, 1939, Edith Frances Kreider, widow of <br />Myrhon Kreider, filed in this Court her duly verified petition praying that Letters of Admint <br />tration be granted unto Wm.P.Mullen in the estate of Myrhon Kreider deceased; that the Court <br />thereupon fixed the 24th day of June, 1930, as the date for hearing upon said petition and th <br />due and legal notice of the filing of said petition and the time and place fixed for hearing <br />thereon was given by the Court in the manner provided by law, and thatA-the 24th day of June, <br />1930 a hearing was had and Letters of Administration issued to Wm.P.Mullen and he duly quali- <br />fied as such administrator. <br />
