<br />life estate of the said Emma Judy in the aforesaid 80 acre tract.
<br />That the real estate described as follows:
<br />The west half of the northeast quarter, the west half of the southeast quarter, and
<br />the west half of Section Twenty -four (24) in Township Seventeen (17) North, Range
<br />Sixty -one (61), in Laramie County,Wyoming,
<br />sed and descended under the laws of descent of the state of Wyoming.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Charles A.Judy left surviving him, as his sole and only
<br />heirs at_all, the following: Emma Judy, widow, Grace Dreessen, daughter, and Ralph Judy,son.
<br />The Court further finds that there was no inheritance tax due from said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that all of the property, real and personal, in the hands of the admi
<br />istrator, has been delivered and distributed according to law.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims not filed herein
<br />are forever barred and excluded. -
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final -report of John Thomas
<br />Administrator of said estate, be, and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for his
<br />final report, and that said estate is hereby settled and closed, and said Administrator dis-
<br />charged and his bond as such is hereby releaded.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate-described as
<br />follows: the south half of Section ll, in Township 12, North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />d the west half of the northeast quarter of Section 6, in Township 10 North, Range 10 West
<br />f the 6th P.M. all in Hall County, Nebraska, passed and descended under the laws of descent
<br />f the state of Nebraska as follows: To Emma Judy an undivided one -third interest, to Grace
<br />eessen an undivided one -third interest, and to Ralph Judy and undivided one -third interest,
<br />jest to the homestead or life bstate of the avid Emma Judy in the aforesaid SO acre tract.
