<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate
<br />of FINAL DECREE
<br />Charles A.Judy, deceased.
<br />Now, on this 19th day of January, 1932, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report 0f
<br />John Thomssen, Administrator of the estate of Charles,A.Judy, deceased.
<br />The Court finds that the said Charles A.Judy -, departed this life at his home in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on the 29th day of May, 19301 and at the time of his death was a resident and in-
<br />habitant_of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that no last will and testament of said deceased has been discovered
<br />and that said Charles A.Judy died intestate.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 11th day of June 19309 Emma Judy, widow of said Charles
<br />lil A.Judy, deceased, filed her petition for letters of administration herein and praying for ad
<br />ministration of said estate, and that the Court gave notice to all persons interested therein
<br />jf in the manner provided by law, and that letters of administration be granted to John Thomssen,
<br />i
<br />! a resident of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that due notice of the filing of said petition and of the time and
<br />place fixed for the hearing thereon was given by the Court in the manner provided by law, and
<br />on the 8th day of July 1930, said John Thomason was appointed administrator of said estate and
<br />qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and place fixed by the Court for the filing of claims against said estate, that the time fixed
<br />for filing claims has fully expired, and that the Administrator has paid all of the claims on
<br />file, and that all persons having claims against said estate, if any such there be, and not
<br />ri

<br />filed herein,*are forever barred and excluded; from setting up or asserting any such claims
<br />r
<br />against said estate.
<br />j The Court further finds that said Charles A.Judy died seized of the following described real
<br />estate, to -wit:
<br />The south half of Section Eleven (11), in Township Twelve (12) North, Range
<br />Ten (10) Nest of the 6th P.M., and the

<br />Nest half of the northeast quarter of Section Six (6), in Township Ten (10)
<br />North,Range Ten (10) lest of the 6th P.M., !'
