<br />;,Derganz, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 8th day of May 1931, said
<br />;`instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the
<br />;last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Elizabeth Derganz, deceased,
<br />Fand the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Elizabeth Derganz, deceased.
<br />Now, on this 4th day of February, 1932, this cause carne on for hearing upon the final report ®J
<br />Grover C.Raven, Executor under the last will and testament of Elizabeth Derganz, deceased, and
<br />upon his petition for settlement of said estate and his discharge therein, and'the Court, havil
<br />examined the report, records, and files, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that di
<br />and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place,
<br />fixed for hearing upon said final report, as heretofore ordered by the Court, and no one appeal
<br />Ing to object to said final report, the Court examined the same, together with the voucherson
<br />file, and the testimony in support thereof, and being duly advised in the premises, finds that
<br />said report is true and correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed as and for i
<br />the final report of said Executor..
<br />The Court further finds that said Elizabeth Dergans departed this life at her place of resi-
<br />dence in Hall County, Nebraska, on the 14th day of March# 1931, and at the time of her death
<br />was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 16th day of March, 1931, Grower C,Raven filed a petition
<br />herein offering for probate a document purporting to be the last will and testament of Ilizabe
<br />Derganz, deceased, the Court thereupon fixed April 9s'1931# as the date for hearing said pe-
<br />tition, and for making proof of said last will and testament; that objections were filed to th�
<br />probate of said will by Jahn Derganz, and the matter continued from time to time until the Sth,,
<br />day of May, 19311 upon which date the said last will and testament was duly proven, allowed,
<br />and admitted to probate as and for the last will and testament of Elizabeth Derganz, deceased,
<br />and letters testamentary were duly issued thereon to Grover C.Raven, Executor as named in said
<br />last will and testament, and he thereupon duly qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time an
<br />place fixed for filing claims.
<br />The Court further finds that said last will and testament consists of several documents,
<br />a document entitled "Short hill ", a document entitled "Confirmation of Anti- Nuptual Aare
