<br />5. That in said last will and testament said decedent bequeathed to the children of her pre -
<br />deceased daughter, Mary Suchy, the sum of Twenty -five Dollars each and the names of said chil -
<br />dren are as follows: Thomas Suchy, of legal age, Willard Suchy, age 18 years, James Suchy, ag
<br />16 years, and, Laurance Suchy and Leonard Suchy twin sons age 14 years respectively, and Twent
<br />five Dollars each to the children of her pre - deceased daughter Anna Bloomquist, whose names an
<br />ages- are as follows: Walter Bloomquist, age 18 years, Neil Bloomquist, age 16, years; that th
<br />real estate described in

<br />IT IS ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT, that claims of creditors not filed in this court are
<br />barred; said final administration account is approved; that said real estate passes to the
<br />devisees named in said will free from inheritance taxes; that said Joseph Klinkacek executor
<br />pay to said Thomas Suchy, $25.00, and to the Guardian or guardians of the above named minors
<br />$25.00 each, to James Klinkacek, $100.00, To Louie Klinkacek, $100.00, and to Barbara Powers
<br />the sum of $1000.00; and divide the residue of said estate in equal shares to Joseph Klinkacek.,
<br />T,ouie•Klinkacek and said Barbara Powers and that upon making such division and payments and
<br />filing receipts therefor in this Court that said Joseph Klinkacek as such executor be discharged
<br />from his trust.
