<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE )
<br />OF FINAL DECREE
<br />EDWIN SCHERZBERG, DECEASED.
<br />Now on this 11th day of August, 1931, this cause came on for hearing on the final report of
<br />,Daniel Sanders, Administrator, of the estate of Edwin Scherzberg, deceased and it appearing
<br />!to the Court from the proofs on file that notice has been given to all parties interested as
<br />!by law required for the filing in said Court and it further appearing to the Court after a
<br />�rfull examination that the account exhibited by said Administrator, is correct in all things
<br />,and ought to be approved and allowed, and it further appearing that the said Administrator has
<br />laccounted for all said estate which has come into his hands;
<br />!It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED, that the report of Daniel Sanders, Administrator
<br />I
<br />! of the estate of Edwin Scherzberg, deceased, be and the same is approved as andfor his final
<br />report.
<br />The Court further finds that notice has been given to all creditors of said estate in the man-
<br />ner provided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of
<br />said deceased; that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims al-
<br />lowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that funeral expenses of said
<br />deceased and the costs of administering said estate have been fully paid; and that all out-
<br />standing claims against said estate not filed, if any such there be are forever barred and
<br />excluded;
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever barre
<br />from filing or setting up any claim against the estate of said Edwin Scherzberg and that said
<br />estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate is not subject to any inheritance tax under the laws
<br />of the State of Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that Edwin Scherzberg, departed this life on the 18th day of July, 192
<br />intestate while a resident of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, that the said Edwin Scherzbe
<br />was not married at the time of his death; that the said Edwin Scherzberg,deceased left sur-
<br />viving him as his heirs -at -law and his only heirs -at -law the following named persons,
<br />Olga Wilma Scherzberg Rux, daughter of Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br />Alma Louise Scherzberg Sanders, daughter of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that said Edwin Scherzberg died seized as the owner in fee simple of
<br />the following '.described_ real estate to -wit:
<br />Lot fifty -four (54) of "Hawthorne Place" located on part of the NWi, of Section 22,
<br />Township 11, North, Range 9, West of the 6th P.M., all in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />W-ffINWJ Section 27, E2NEJ, Section 28, Twp. 19, N.R.18, West of the Indian Meridian
<br />in Dewey County, Oklahoma.
<br />The Court finds that under the law of descent in the State of Nebraska the above described
<br />real estate did pass and descend at the death of said Edwin Scherzberg,deceased in the fol-
<br />lowing manner_ to Olga Wilma Scherzberg Rux daughter of said deceased an undivided one -half
