<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN;
<br />'I, Joseph Buchfinck, being of sound mind and memory, and in considering the uncertainties of

<br />Ithis mortal life, do hereby make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, in word
<br />and figures following, to -wit
<br />1. I direct that all of my just debts, including the expense of my last sickness, death and
<br />burial be paid out of my personal estate, and if that be insufficient for that purpose, then
<br />it is my will that my four children, hereinafter named, pay any deficiency by each contributi
<br />a like amount for that purpose.
<br />2. Unto my beloved wife Lena Buchfinck, I give and bequeath all of my personal property, to b
<br />hers absolute. To my said wife I give and devise all of my real estate, wheresoever situated.,
<br />to have and to hold for and during her natural life.
<br />3. Unto my beloved. son Ernest Buchfinck, I give and devise, subject to the life estate herein
<br />given my wife, the West Half of the North East Quarter (W2N*) of Section Twelve (12), Townshi;
<br />Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, to have and to
<br />hold to him and his heirs forever, subject to a charge of One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00) in
<br />favor of my daughter Helen Buchfinck, which charge is to be a first lien on said property unti
<br />paid, and is to be paid to my said daughter within one year after the death of the survivor of
<br />my wife and myself.
<br />4. 'Unto my beloved son Theodore Buchfinck, I give and devise, subject to the life estate herein
<br />given my wife, the East Half of the North East Quarter (E2NE4) of Section Eighteen (15), Town-
<br />ship Twelve (12) North, Range Eight (8) , West of the 6th P.M. Merrick County, Nebraska, and th
<br />North East Quarter of the North East Quarter (YE�NE�)of Section Three (3), Township Twelve (12
<br />North, Range Nine (9), West of .the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, to have and to hold to him
