<br />LAST MILL AND TESTAMENT OF HANNAH L.:DE -SOE.
<br />I, Hannah L. De Soe of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory
<br />do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, by it revoking all former Wills by me
<br />made.
<br />1.
<br />I direct that my Executor, hereinafter named, pay all of my just debts, including the expenses
<br />of my last sickness and death and the costs and expenses of admitting this Will to probate
<br />and administering my estate from such personal property as I may have on hand at the time of
<br />my death. If that be insufficient I authorize my said Executor to sell so much of my real es
<br />tate as may be necessary for that purpose.
<br />11.
<br />I direct that my Executor sell the real estate hereinafter described, to -wit:
<br />Lots Four (4) Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Twelve (12) of the Original Town
<br />of Cairo, Nebraska,
<br />and that the proceeds thereof be added to such cash, notes, and securities of which I may die
<br />seized and that from such fund be paid the following bequests and to that end I give and be-
<br />queath unto the following named the following sums:
<br />(a) To my nephew, Charles G.Cole, of Kingman, Kansas, the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars.
<br />(b) To my nephew, Wilber Cole, of Billings, Montana, the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars.
<br />(c) To my niece, Mary Crider, of Miltonville, Kansas, the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars.
<br />(d) To my nephew, Fred V.Cole, of Marland, Oklahoma, the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars.
<br />(e) To my niece, Mabel Johnson, of Aurora, Kansas, the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars.
<br />(f) To my niece, Sadie Sorgats, of Evanston, Illinois, the sum of Fifty ('50.00) Dollars.
<br />(g) To my nephew, W.H.Cole, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars.
<br />(h) To my niece, Alice Willier, of Wooster, Ohio, the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars.
<br />(i} To my sister -in -law, May Cole, of Concordia, Kansas, the sum of Two Hundred 0200.00 Dol-

<br />(j) To my sister -in -law, Christina, Cole, of Monroeville, Ohio, the sum of Two Hundred ($200.0)

<br />(k) To the children of my deceased niece, Ella Hornbach, living at the time of my death, the
