<br />IKNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I -, Mary Jane Swinyer, of Burkett, Nebraska, being of sour

<br />mind and disposing memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this my last will and testament
<br />iin the manner and form following : - !,
<br />1.
<br />It is my desire and I direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts, funoIr-
<br />ii
<br />I!al expenses, and other obligations against my estate.
<br />!111. I give, devise and bequeath to my sons George E.Davison and Henry Davison, the sum of One
<br />Dollar ($1.00) each and to the surviving children of my deceased daughter Nellie A.Hileman and
<br />to the surviving children of my deceased son, Herbert Davison, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
<br />each, and to my son Charles Davison the sun of One Dollar ($1.00).
<br />111. All of the rest, residue, and remainder I give, devise and bequeath to my son, William
<br />Davison, of Ogalalla, Nebraska. -This to include all real and personal estate of any kind or
<br />nature owned by me at the time of my death, he to have the same absolutely and forever.
<br />lv. I hereby name, nominate and appoint my beloved son, William Davison, executor of this my
<br />;'Last Will and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all former wills by me made.
<br />;!IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto-signed my name to the foregoing instrument consisting of
<br />one page of typewritten matter, this 13th day of August, A.D. 1923-
