<br />To Clifford Cox, husband of said deceased an undivided one -half interest therein, and
<br />To Charles Porth, father, an undivided one -half therein.
<br />The Court further finds that assets due this estate from the legal guardian of the said Anna
<br />Cox, deceased, in the Commercial Exchange Bank of Donipha.n, Nebraska, an insolvent institution,
<br />is uncollectible, and that in the event any of the same is ever realized the heirs have agreed
<br />to divide same in equal shares.
<br />The court further finds that there is no inheritance tax due the State of Nebraska upon any In-
<br />heritance hereunder, nor is there any Federal Estate Tax due under the laws of the United State
<br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />Cox,
<br />Clifford, A Administrator of the Estate of Anna Cox, deceased, be and. the same hereby is, in all
<br />things, approved and allowed as and for the final report of the said administrator, said estat
<br />is hereby settled and closed and said administrator discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims against said estate have been
<br />paid., and that any persons having claims against said estate, not filed and allowed within the
<br />time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are forever barred, enjoined and excluded from
<br />setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under and by virtue of the laws
<br />of descent of the State of Nebraska, the real estate hereinbefore described and situated in
<br />hall County, Nebraska, being an undivided one -sixth interest in fee in the Pest Half (W2) of
<br />the Southeast Quarter (S*) of Section 28, To? -nship 9, North Range 9, West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, passed and descended in equal shares to Clifford Cox, husband and Charl
<br />Porth, father.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that there is nothing due the State of Nebras
<br />on account of inheritance Tax upon any inheritance in this estate; that no money remains in the
<br />hands of the administrator and nothing remains to be done herein, and said estate is hereby cloloed,
<br />the administrator discharged and his bond released.
