<br />Item 4. I regret : that I am unable to will any of my property to my beloved children, Maine
<br />Louise Green and Alva W.Tobias but respectfully request that my beloved wife, Mary Elizabeth
<br />Tobias leave such property as she may receive from my estate upon my death, or whatever procee
<br />may remain, to them, and I feel that I can rely upon her judgment in dealing fairly with them
<br />and for that reason I do not leave any property to them out of my estate.
