<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate
<br />of DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION.

<br />Nor;, on this 5th day of November, 19311 this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of Mary Elizabeth Tobias, Executrix of the last will and testament of Lewis E.Tobias, deceasedi
<br />and her petition for distribution of the assets remaining in her hands, and upon the evidence
<br />introduced, and upon consideration whereof the Court finds that due and legal notice of the
<br />filing of said report and petition for distribution has been given by publication as required
<br />by law and the order of this Court. i
<br />The Court further finds that said final report is true and correct in all respects, and that
<br />the said Executrix has therein accounted for all the assets of said estate and that said accouj
<br />should be allowed and approved as and for the valid final account of said Executrix, and that
<br />all her acts and doings herein should be approved and confirmed.
<br />The Court further finds that creditors of the said estate were duly allowed three months from
<br />the 29th day of January, 1931 within which to file their claims against the said estate, that
<br />due notice thereof has been given as required by law and the order of the Court; that the time
<br />so fixed by law for filing claims has expired and that any and all claims against the said
<br />estate, not so filed, should be and they are hereby forever barred and excluded; that all clan
<br />filed against said estate have been fully paid, that all allowances, taxes, expenses of admin-
<br />istration, and other charges against the said estate, have been paid in full and that no per-
<br />sonal property remains for distribution.
<br />The Court further finds that the deceased died possessed of an undivided one half interest in
<br />lot one, block forty - eight, Russell Wheeler's addition to the city of Grand Island,Hall Count
<br />Nebraska and lot nine, block forty -one of the city of Havelock, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Lewis E.Tobias, Deceased, left a valid last will and
<br />testament, which has been duly admitted to probate herein as follows:
<br />LAST 'SILL AND TESTAMENT OF LEWIS E.TOBIAS
<br />I, Lewis E.Tobias, of Grand Island,Nebraska, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do
<br />hereby make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby expressly revoking all wills
<br />and-codicils-heretofore by me made.
<br />Item 1. I nominate and appoint my beloved wife, Mary Elizabeth tobias, of Grand Island,Ne
<br />braska, to be the executrix of this my last will and testament, and I expressly request that
<br />she serve as such executrix without bond of any kind.

<br />Item 2. I direct that all of my just debts, if any, and the expenses of my last sickness and
<br />i
<br />funeral, be first paid.

<br />Item 3. I give, devise and bequeath all of my real property, consisting of Lot One, Block
<br />Forty - eight, Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and Lot Nine,

<br />Block Forty -one of the City of Havelock, Nebraska, together with all other real property of
<br />which I may die possessed, and all personal property of every name and nature, of which I die
