<br />annexed of the said estate, and that under the provisions of the said last will of the said
<br />deceased, he directed that his entire estate, both real and personal, be sold and divided
<br />after the payment of the said X1200.00,
<br />to the said Mary Frances Kearney, between
<br />equally,
<br />George T.Kearney, Frank Kearney, Mary Frances Kearney, Margaret J.Durbin, and Anna Feeney, who
<br />are the only heirs at law of the said deceased.
<br />The court further finds that the above described real estate has been sold by the administrato s
<br />with the Will annexed, and-distribution of the proceeds therefrom made in accordance with the
<br />terms of the Last Will of said deceased; that receipts from the respective legatees for their
<br />respective distributive share are on file for the proceeds from the l
<br />Northeast Quarter (NEJ) of Section Five (5), Township Eleven North (11N),Range Eleven
<br />(11N), West of the 6th P.M. , in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />that the
<br />North Half (NJ) of the South Half (SJ) of the Northwest Quarter (NWJ) of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SW ) of Section Five (5), Township Ten North (JON),Range Two (2), West of the
<br />6th P.M., in York County, Nebraska,
<br />was sold by the said administrators with the Will annexed to said heirs and legatees, and that
<br />by reason of such sale said legatees under the Last Will of the said deceased have received
<br />their distributive share in said property.
<br />The court further finds that there still remains on hand the following items of personal prop-
<br />erty, to -wit:
<br />Account with W.F.Holmes, in the sum of $ being the balance due for
<br />cash rent for 1931; and-that same is adjusted temporarily as shown for ancillary
<br />report
<br />A trustee's certificate on the American State Bank of York, Nebraska, which bears
<br />the lb. 554, for the sum of $522.22 and upon which there is an unpaid balance of
<br />the sum of $304.62;
<br />that under the last will of said deceased, the said items would pass share and share alike to
<br />George T.Kearney, Frank Kearney, Mary Frances Kearney, Margaret J.Durbin, and Anna Feeney; tha
<br />the assignment of the said administrators with the Will annexed of said items to said parties
<br />is hereby ratified, and confirmed and the respective interest of said parties in said estate i
<br />hereby established, ratified and confirmed.
<br />The court further finds that the expense of the last sickness of said deceased, and all debts
<br />and claims against said estate, and the costs of this proceeding have been.-duly paid, and that
<br />the estate is not subject to inheritance tax.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT, that final report of C.H.Kolling

<br />and James F.Durbin, administrators with the Will annexed of the estate of said deceased, be,
<br />and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for their final report and said estate is
<br />hereby settled and the said administrators with the Will annexed are hereby discharged and
<br />their bond as such is hereby released, and said estate is hereby closed.
