<br />CERTIFICATE OF PROBATE THEREOF and FINAL DECREE IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF JOHN F.WEINRICH
<br />DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a
<br />correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a
<br />Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk

<br />OF JOSIE L.DAHITS,DECEASED. )
<br />On this 3rd day of November 1931) this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Carl
<br />B.Dahms, Administrator of the Estate of Josie L.Dahms, deceased, and upon his petition for
<br />settlement of said estate and his discharge therein. And the Court being duly advised in the
<br />premises and having examined the records 4nd files finds that due and legal notice has been
<br />given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for hearing upon
<br />said estate as heretofore ordered by the Court.
<br />And no one appearing to object to said report, and the Court having examined same, together
<br />with vouchers on file, and the testimony offered in support thereof, and being duly advised in
<br />the premises finds that said report is true and correct in all thinpgs, and that the same ought
<br />to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of the administrator.
<br />The Court further finds that said 'Josie L.Dahms departed this life on the 10th day of March,
<br />1931, and at the/'time of her. death the said Josie L.Dahms was a resident and inhabitant of Hal:
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further fines that on the 14th day of March, 19311 the said Carl B.Dahms brother,
<br />filed in this Court his duly verified petition praying that Letters of Administration be
<br />granted to him in the estate of Jolsie L.Dahms, deceased; that the Court thereupon fixed the
<br />7th day of April, 1931 as the date for hearing upon said petition and. that due notice of fili
