<br />Now, on this 8th day of September,' 1931, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of Della B.Weinrich, Executrix of the last will and. testament of John F.Weinrich, deceased, an
<br />upon her petition for a settlement of said estate and her discharge herein, and the Court, hav
<br />examined said report and the records and files in said estate, and being fully advised in the
<br />premises, finds that due and legal; notice has been given to all persons interested in said es-
<br />tate of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said final report, and no one appearing to
<br />object thereto, the Court examined the same, together with all vouchers on file and the record
<br />and testimony in support thereof,land being duly advised in the premises, finds that said re-
<br />port is true and correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final
<br />report of said Executrix.
<br />The Court further-finds that said 'John F.Weinrich departed this life on the 16th day of March,
<br />1931, at his place of residence and at the time of his death he was a resident and inhabitant
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The -Court further finds that on the 23rd day of March, 1931, Della B.Weinrich filed in this
<br />Court her duly verified petition praying for the allowance and probate of an instrument pur-
