<br />5th day of March 1931, the instrument purperti.ng to be the last will and testament of Alvah E.
<br />McCord, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 31st day of March 1931,
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as
<br />the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Alvah E.McCord,deceased,
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />her natural life, and thereafter to Leslie McCord and Nita McCord, share and share alike, acco d-
<br />ing to the provisions of the said last will and testament of Alvah E.McCord,deceased, the shar
<br />in the said real estate devised to the said Nita McCord being charged, however, with the payme t
<br />of the sum of $1200.00 to the said Leslie McCord.
