<br />ceased.
<br />T IS FURTHER CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT, that all the right, title and.in-
<br />erest of the said Tenant Lewis Rickard in and to the above described real estate, did pass and
<br />escend at his death under and by virtue of the provisions of his last will, in the manner fol-
<br />owing, to -wit:
<br />o Catharine Rickard,
<br />Lots Eleven (11),Twelve (12), Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14) in Block Two (2)
<br />in Powell's Addition to the Village of A1da, also Fractional Lots One (1) and
<br />Two (2) in Block Three (3) in said Powell's Addition to the Village of Alda,
<br />according to the recorded Plat thereof, all in said Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />or her use and benefit during the term of her natural life and at her death said real estate
<br />hall pass to Annie Rickard Eldridge on condition that she survive the said Catharine Rickard,
<br />ut if the said Annie Rickard Eldridge fail to survive the said Catharine Rickard, then said
<br />remises shall descend to Jesse Eldridge and Jasper Eldridge in equal shares and to their heirs
<br />orever, and all of said real estate is accordingly awarded to said devisee.
<br />HE COURT FINDS that said estate is not subject to inheritance tax, either state or federal, an
<br />hat all costs herein have been paid.

<br />that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I an the
<br />legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the-foregoing attesta-
<br />tion is in due form of law.
<br />I further certify that a Copy of the LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of Tenant Lewis Rickard, and
<br />CERTIFICATE OF PROBATE THEREOF, is included in the FINAL DECREE.

<br />distribution, and the evidence duly introduced, the Court being fully advised in the premises,
<br />finds from the proofs on file that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interest d
<br />in the said estate of the time and place for the hearing upon said final report and petition
